The challenge
Premium homes. Almost invisible online.
ROKMAN is a dynamic Brașov real estate developer — premium, modern builds with smart, sustainable, nZEB technology and a people-first approach, backed by in-house general contracting. The ambition was clear: more sales, and a name recognised well beyond Brașov. But in a market crowded with older, larger competitors, the brand barely registered in search, and the site’s content was unstructured and under-optimized.
The brand and the site already existed — built by outside branding and web partners — so starting over was never the job. Being found was. Against established names, a shifting market, and the rise of AI-driven search, the work was to earn visibility on what they already had: through relevant content and disciplined optimization.
