The challenge
Strong in the field. Invisible online.
Duotrac is an established distributor of professional agricultural and construction equipment in the Brașov area — tractors, loaders, and machinery trusted by farmers, builders, and businesses. The reputation was there. The product range was there. But online, the reach stopped at the region, and the website wasn’t pulling its weight: a custom-built platform that was hard to navigate, slow to change, and full of pages that didn’t convert. The brief was simple — double qualified leads in six months.
They didn’t have a traffic problem. They had a structure problem.
A sprawling catalog with dozens of redundant pages gave search engines noise instead of signal — and gave buyers a path that led nowhere. We didn’t build this site, and starting over wasn’t on the table. The real work was making a custom platform we’d inherited rank and convert — without the freedom to rebuild it from scratch.
